MARIO MEGARO has been singing since the age of seven and has grown into a very natural and charismatic entertainer. He has appeared in numerous theatre shows throughout his career, and has been performing and fronting live bands since 1991. Mario started The Briefcase Blues Brothers in 1998. Over a decade later, and with lots of hard work and effort, he has seen it grow into a wonderfully entertaining and professional show that leaves audiences buzzing for days after.
ADAM “RAIN MAN” AGGISS - Drums/Vocals/MD
Adam first picked up a pair of drumsticks age 8 and has since then he has gone on to perform with top covers and tribute bands including Pink Fraud and Robbing Williams, as well as with original bands and artistes including Rob Reynolds and The Zimmers. He is a veteran of the Theatre, and played percussion with Tapdogs, as well as being a member of the Alton Towers Hotel house band. He has been with The Briefcase Blues Brothers for over 5 years and says it's more fun than growing Cacti.
SIMON “M” SMALL - Guitar & Vocals
Simon started playing guitar at the tender age of 11. Self taught he began his career in a number of blues rock bands. and has since gone on to appear across the globe with top corporate covers bands, He has also performed with original artistes such as Chicane and Sir Tom Jones, as well as appearing on TV on programs including ITV’s The X Factor. Simon is a huge Formula One racing fan and enjoys snowboarding. He has been playing with The Briefcase Blues Brothers since 1999.
KYLAN “THE HAT” AMOS - Bass Guitar
Kylan has been playing bass since 1986, and was taught for a time by Duran Duran guitarist Dominic Brown. In his early years he was a member of a number of original bands, both recording and performing. Since 1998, Kylan has gone on to do session work with various artists, and play in many bands across the UK and Europe. Kylan is also a keen photographer and website designer. In 1999 he joined The Briefcase Blues Brothers.
MATT “TOWERS” EVANS - Keyboards & Vocals
Matt studied piano from a young age, in his teens he went on numerous tours throughout Europe. He has been performing with The Briefcase Blues Brothers since 1999, and is also currently the Musical Director for the house band at the Alton Towers Hotel, the flagship accommodation at the UK’s largest theme park resort. Matt is also an educational IT specialist and hopes to one day combine his passions and start a performing arts school.

CHRIS CARTWRIGHT was the original Elwood for the Briefcase Blues Brothers and returned to the role in 2009. He has been performing on stage since the early 80s and has worked with Mario in various shows over the last 16 years. He has also appeared on stage at The Oxford University Members Society in a Rocky Horror tribute alongside the legendary Richard O’Brian and Patricia Quinn. Chris combines his Elwood duties with professional photography, and will also soon be seen as Bjorn in Abba tribute band Honey Honey
